To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly request you to observe the following rules and regulations:

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must provide valid Government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
Foreign nationals must present their valid passport and visa at the time of check-in.

2. Room Occupancy

Each room accommodates up to a maximum of 2 guests as per the booking.
Extra guests are subject to additional charges and approval of hotel management.
No visitors are allowed.

3. Payments & Billing

Room charges must be paid in full upon check-in. No partial payments allowed.
Accepted payment modes: Cash / Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking.
Any additional services used will be charged to the guest’s account.

4. Conduct & Behaviour

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow guests.
Excessive noise, disturbance, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any unruly or abusive behaviour may lead to eviction without a refund.
Gambling, prostitution, use of narcotics, possession of hazardous items, and any illegal or unauthorized commercial activities on the hotel premises are strictly forbidden.
Guests found engaging in such activities will be asked to leave without a refund and appropriate authorities will be informed.

5. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited as all rooms are non-smoking rooms.
A fine may be charged if evidence of smoking is found in restricted areas.
Designated smoking areas are provided within the premises.

6. Safety & Security

Guests must ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the room.
Valuables should be kept in the in-room safe.
The management is not responsible for damage or loss of property of guests.
Firearms, explosives, and hazardous materials are not allowed.

7. Loss & Damage

Guests are liable for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.
Charges will apply as per the extent of damage.

8. Housekeeping & Maintenance

Housekeeping service is provided daily.
For maintenance issues, please inform the front desk for prompt assistance.

9. Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. No exceptions will be made.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The hotel shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
